Conditional Permanent Residence Position Removed by Canada:
The provision, which was introduced by the earlier conservative Canada PR Visa Consultants government, of Sponsored spouses and common-law partners required to go through a period of conditional permanent resident status, has been removed by the new government which is more liberal in its policies regarding Canada Immigration Consultants and immigrants.
Under the provision that was in effect in 2012, sponsored spouses and common-law partners had to live with their sponsor for two years if, at the time they applied, their relationship was less than two years old, and they had no children in common. If they failed to abide by the condition, they risked losing their status in Canada Visa Consultants.
